With respect to dams for water or soil KLP® Pile planking offers you a robust and sustainable solution. KLP® recycled plastics lasts decades, they don't rot or splinter, do not require maintenance and do not contain poisonous substances. KLP® Pile planking consists of tongue and groove planks. A construction that provides a solid solution and at the same time is water-permeable. Our range also offers KLP® Fenders, made from standard KLP®, steel reinforced or glass fibre reinforced. Also, KLP® reinforced straps that provide strength and shape to the construction of the pile planking. A total solution to your piling and bank support needs. Our range offers various sizes and executions:
- KLP® Glass fibre reinforced sheet piling (black)
Size: 20 x 5 cm, maximum length 3 meter
- KLP® Glass fibre reinforced sheet piling (grey)
Size: 25 x 5 cm, maximum length 6 meter
- KLP® Combination Pile Planking (total length: 600 cm, other lengths upon request)
KLP® plastic section (black): 22.5 x 12 x 150 cm Wooden part: 22.5 x 8 x 450 cm
The KLP® Combination pile planking is one of our latest developments. It consists of wooden (pine) planks with plastic covered tops. One of the advantages of KLP® Combination pile planking is that where water and air meet rotting will no longer take place so it does not require maintenance. The result of combining plastics and wood is an extraordinarily stiff sheet piling plank. A really durable, cost effective and sustainable solution.
